Where?
The dive center is located in the "Golden Tulip Hotel" in Khasab, which is the capital of the most northerly province of Musandam.
This province is a peninsula just on the Strait of Hormuz, 3 hours by car northeast of Dubai and is separated from the rest of Oman by the stunningly beautiful fjords (long narrow strips of sea between high cliffs), small villages and dramatic  mountain-hugging roads.
The wild rugged beauty of the Musandam coastline and fjords is a national heritage of great value and is only 1 hour Domestic Flight away from Muscat with Oman Air for 48 OMR return ticket!

What?
We are the only dive center in the whole area...so lots of fish and few divers!
Turtles, rays, nudibranches, dolphins, barracudas...you name it!

The dive center is open since Jan 2005 with new equipment, compressor, tanks, dive shop, dry room for our guests, multilingual instructors (german, english, french, dutch), a workshop... and a terrace for chill-out after diving.
We have a new speedboat (see Gallery) build in Dubai the way we wanted it with 2 x 150 HP Motors (33 knots/hour), sweet water shower, tank holders, First Aid, Oxygen etc...

We are offering all SSI & PADI courses from Bubblemaker for kids up to Assistant Instructor license as well as Intro Dives for people who just want to try!

We have a kind of housereef,  good for courses and introdives and an eventual check dive.

There are rumors that this area is difficult and just for advanced divers?!
Not at all...we have an instructor in the water at all times and it's a nice area for all levels!

We don´ have Nitrox.....YET!

When & How?
We organize dive excursions on a daily basis.
As the dive sites are at a one hour drive by boat we only go out once a day for a 2-tank-dives from 9:00 - 15:00 incl. softdrinks, cookies & fruits.
Please be in the dive center at 8:30 a.m. the day of your first dive and bring your license.
Nightdives and courses on demand.

You can pay in any currency cash .

For the last day we can organize you fantastique mountain safaris with jeeps into the nearby area!
